Stanley D. Monroe & Associates was established in 1995. The firm is comprised of Stanley D. Monroe, the founding member of the firm, and Trevor N. Reynolds, an associate. Stanley D. Monroe earned his B.A. in 1975 from the University of Oklahoma and his J.D. with honors in 1978 from the University of Tulsa. He was admitted to the bar of the state of Oklahoma in 1978. He was also admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma in 1979, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in 1981, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma in 1987, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 2006. Mr. Monroe is a member of Tulsa County and Oklahoma State Bar Associations, the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association, the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He was also the President of the Tulsa Criminal Defense Lawyers Association in 1997.
Trevor Reynolds earned his B.A. from the University of Texas, El Paso, in 1996 and his J.D. in 1999 from Drake University, where he received the Howard Fellowship for Indigent Criminal Defense. He was admitted to the bar of the state of Iowa and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa in 1999. In 2002, he was admitted to practice law in the state of Oklahoma, the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is a member of the Iowa State and Oklahoma State Bar Associations, the Tulsa Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Iowa Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Ann E. Keele earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Brownsville in 2003, Magna Cum Laude, and her J.D. in 2006 from the University of Tulsa, where she also earned a Certificate in International and Comparative Law, and was inducted into the legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi. She was admitted to the bar of the state of Oklahoma in 2006, and admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma in 2007. Ms. Keele is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association and Oklahoma Bar Association, and currently serves on the Professionalism Committee for the Oklahoma Bar Association.
